Paid services: rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

This section applies to the Business Clarity Session ($250) and Business Process Review ($950).

You can reschedule or cancel a scheduled session at no charge up to 24 hours before it's due to start. A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the session, or a missed session without notice, is non-refundable.

If we need to reschedule or cancel a session, we'll offer a new time at no additional cost, or a full refund — whichever you prefer. Refund requests for a session that has already taken place are considered individually and are not guaranteed.

Implementation, website and mobile app projects are quoted individually and are governed by the payment schedule agreed with you separately, not by this section.

Intellectual property
